Time: 7:30 pm Online via Facebook and Zoom – Broadcast from church. Many Christian churches celebrate Good Friday with a subdued service, usually in the evening, in which Christ’s death is remembered with solemn hymns, prayers of thanksgiving, a message centered on Christ’s suffering for our sakes. This year we will attempt to celebrate Good Friday partly in church and partly online. Our service will be in the form of a Tenebrae service where a record of Jesus’ crucifixion is read and candles put out progressively until total darkness is achieved. There will be limited seating because of pandemic restrictions.
